Admission Requirements

To be eligible, an applicant must have achieved at least one of the following combinations of minimum entry requirements and demonstrate they fulfil any essential criteria for admission:
  • A completed Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) from a recognised higher education institution; OR
  • A completed Diploma in Dental Therapy (or equivalent); OR
  • A completed Certificate in Dental Therapy (or equivalent).
Qualifications must lead to registration as a dental therapist or oral health therapist and must include dental therapy restorative skills as part of the curriculum.
Applicants must provide all information listed below:
  • evidence of current AHPRA registration,
  • current radiography licence,
  • professional qualifications,
  • comprehensive CV and details of work experience,
  • personal competency statement,
  • contact details for 2 referees.
