A scanned copy of your passport or identification document
A recent photograph
Submit the 50 euro application fee payment.
Upon successful completion of your application dossier, you will receive an invitation to participate in two online surveys.
Subsequently, we will extend an invitation for a video call interview with the program manager.
Following the interview, you can anticipate receiving a response from us within one week.

How does the student visa process work?
Upon your admission, a deposit of 3000 euros is mandatory to secure your place in the program. Once we receive your deposit, we will issue a letter to support your visa application.
Below, you will find detailed information regarding the visa application procedure. We strongly advise you to commence this process promptly, as it may take several weeks, and in some cases, even months, to complete your visa application.
Step 1: Upon admission, visit the website of the Belgian Embassy in your country and begin the collection of all required documents.
Step 2: Before submitting your application, ensure that you have paid the necessary fee stipulated by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please be aware that the applicable fee pertains to "students who will be enrolled in an educational establishment organized, accredited, or subsidized by the Government." It's important to note that the application fee is non-refundable.

Do you have internships?
Our Full-Time Master’s programs do not include internships. However, for your Master Project, you will work on an in-company project for 8 weeks (or 8 months, in case of our Master in Sustainable Innovation & Entrepreneurship).
