The Master of Science in Hospitality management at EHL delves into the principles of hospitality and service while emphasizing operational agility. It covers talent management, marketing, revenue strategies, logistics, and customer-centric approaches, all within an industry where human interaction is paramount. The curriculum equips students with skills in data analysis, trend assessment, and stakeholder management to make informed decisions, especially in dynamic environments, preparing them to excel as industry specialists.

The program typically starts in September each year and is delivered entirely in English and conducted face-to-face in the Lausanne campus. Students will complete three semesters all spanning over a duration of 18 months and would receive a diploma title of ‘Master of Science HES-SO in Hospitality Management’ upon graduation. 

During the second semester, you will choose one of five specializations:

  • Finance, Real Estate & Consulting
  • Food & Beverage Management
  • Human-Centered Digitalization
  • Luxury Experience Management

A Bachelor’s degree

(or international equivalent) in hospitality, tourism,

or related fields.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in a management-related field is accepted, but students will be required to complete a summer course to build contextual understanding.;
  • a minimum of six months’ professional experience in the hospitality industry;
  • English language proficiency exam results.
