The programme provides an ideal foundation for doctoral studies as well as professions outside of academia. If you are passionate about research, there are good opportunities to continue your studies at a higher education institution. As an evolutionary biologist, you will also have career prospects outside of academia in professions that require analyses of big data and a deep understanding of how living systems change, for example, in biomedicine, biotechnology and ecology. The programme has a recommended study route, but you can also make a personal study plan after consultation with the study advisor and programme coordinator.

A Bachelor’s degree of at least 180 credits, of which 90 credits must be in science, including 5 credits in statistics and 60 credits in biology comprising cell biology, genetics, ecology and organismal biology, or the equivalent. English Level 6.
