Applicants to the program must be graduates of a recognized university and hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, urban planning or architecture (or equivalent) and a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 out of a possible 4.0, or a GPA of 3.2 out of a 4.0 in the last two years of full-time studies in the relevant undergraduate program.
