A unique interdisciplinary programme that includes research-oriented courses grounded in theory while developing practical and critical skills. It offers an international environment with lecturers and students from over 15 countries, and it includes a semester in the Arab region. Its 24 courses given by researchers, experts and practitioners from across the Arab region and Europe are divided into four thematic streams:

  • Human Rights: Civil, Political, Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
  • Democratic Governance and the Rule of Law
  • Political, Social and Intellectual dynamics in the Arab World
  • Research and Professional Skills for Human Rights

The programme has two tracks: a one-year track for students who hold an M1 in social sciences (or its equivalent), and a two-year track for students who hold a bachelor’s degree. Admission is done through two calls published in winter and in spring. It is part of the Global Campus of Human Rights, the largest network in human rights education in the world.
