At the School of Public Management we know that, in order to have a modern and developed State, we must invest in the education and training of our human capital, in order to be able to manage our public resources effectively, efficiently and transparently. That is why our training offer strives to develop skills in: critical and strategic thinking; research and analysis; technical, personal and professional skills; that will allow our students to overcome the professional challenges of everyday life and be part of the transformation towards a more modern State. Our Master's in Public Policy is aimed at professionals in the public sector, both nationally, regional and local authorities who wish to improve their technical and managerial skills to design and implement public policies with high-impact results, as well as professionals from the private sector who wish to work collaboratively with the State in programs linked to improving the quality of life of citizens, in addition to understanding and getting involved in the process of analysis and decision-making around public policies. The teaching methodology combines theoretical aspects with practice, striving for the participants to live a learning experience that transcends their lives and society.

Admission Requirements
To apply for the master's degree, applicants must meet the following requirements: Have a bachelor's degree AND Have at least 3 years of work experience after obtaining the university bachelor's degree or Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduating from the university, computed from the date indicated on the graduation certificate, which must have a minimum validity of 3 months.
