The Master 2 " Corporate Lawyer (JE) " is dedicated to corporate law and related professions (corporate lawyer, HR lawyer, lawyers). The teaching team of the Master 2 (as well as that of the Master 1) is made up of academics and professionals. It delivers primarily theoretical lessons, allowing the acquisition and reinforcement of the substrate necessary for the exercise of the professions considered. Most of these teachings nevertheless devote developments to the practice of company law. In addition, there are a significant number of purely practical courses (directed work, tutored projects, workshops, scenarios, etc.), which open up a more direct perspective on the exercise of the profession. The presence of a student association (AEJE), which organizes promotional operations (reduced price codes) and integration events, reinforces its identity.
