The objective of this course is to train students capable, on the national and international scene: - of acting upstream in academic structures to develop research and teaching programs aimed at improving knowledge of the links between food and human health. - to intervene in national and international structures and agencies responsible for establishing nutritional recommendations and evaluating claim files, and in the administrations responsible for human food issues - to guide companies in their strategic choices for the development of foods with a health vocation, and/or in their food product formulation policies in accordance with public policies, and communication on the nutritional balance of their products.

    (language level certificate B2: IELTS score 5.5/6.5; TOEIC > 785 (C1>945); TOEFL IBT score 72/94; Cambridge FCE A or B grade; or any equivalent official test.)
  • Curriculum vitae.
  • Motivation letter.
  • All transcripts of the years / semesters validated since the high school diploma at the date of application.
  • Letter of recommendation from a trainee.

  • VAP file (obligatory for all persons requesting a valuation of the assets to enter the diploma).
  • Certificate of French (compulsory for non-French speakers).
  • (Level B2: Non native french speakers, a knowledge certificate issued by the French Embassy or a French language center. Students holding a French diploma or a diploma instructed in French are exempt from that obligation.)
