This specialisation has two objectives: • to train students who towards management positions in microbiology and biotechnologies in industrial and service consulting firms (food processing, biotechnologies, health, pharmacy, beauty care, environment, chemistry ...) • to prepare students for jobs in R&D in biotechnology firms and in public laboratories by enabling them to pursue a PhD. The MBB curriculum studies in depth microbiology, biological engineering and biotechnologies. Students must acquire deep knowledge of strategies, approaches and methods to be implemented, which are validated, or in the process of being developed, to: - study micro-organisms, - exploit the biodiversity of germs, - detect risks due to germs and to prevent health accidents.
