To be eligible for admission to this course, applicants must meet the following criteria.



Applicants must have one of the following qualifications in Engineering or Computer Science in an area relevant to the proposed major:



  • Completed Australian master's or doctoral degree, or overseas equivalent.


OR



  • Completed Australian bachelor's degree, graduate diploma or graduate certificate, or overseas equivalent, with at least 75% of all subjects completed at pass level (conceded pass not included).


Applicants who do not meet the criteria above should consider applying for C11236 Graduate Certificate in Engineering.



Applicants who wish to study an Engineering discipline different to that studied during their Undergraduate studies should apply for C11238 Graduate Certificate in Engineering Studies. Where there is uncertainty around the relevance of an undergraduate specialisation and the proposed major, applicants are recommended to proceed with their application which will be reviewed by the Faculty of Engineering and IT.
