This course offers you a pathway entry into the Master of Architecture (C04235) or Master of Landscape Architecture (C04270). It also prepares you for advanced study in a Higher Degree by Research program at the PhD level.

The course is designed for aspiring architects seeking the foundational degree necessary to pursue professional accreditation. Opt for this programme to understand the architect's role in shaping global cities with innovative spatial concepts. Its uniqueness lies in challenging conventional architectural notions, fostering creativity and material sensibility.

You will master digital design and fabrication, learning essential software and model-making skills to bring ideas to life. Engage with real-world projects and collaborate with renowned entities, enhancing your practical experience. Benefit from global connections, with opportunities to study and work in major cities and access to international expertise, competitions, and internships.

Gain critical insight into architecture's ethical dimensions and its potential to address societal issues. This course not only prepares you for advanced architectural studies but also opens doors to other design-related fields.

Please note, the Bachelor of Design in Architecture by itself does not lead to professional recognition as an architect. To become a professional architect, students must complete this degree followed by the Master of Architecture (C04235) (an additional two years of full-time study or equivalent).

This course also prepares students for advanced study in a Higher Degree by Research program at the PhD level.
