The HRM programme is designed for graduates in Management, Economics, Organisational Psychology and other social sciences, who are seeking a career in human resources management or are looking to change their specialisation profile. The programme prepares specialists who are able to assess the needs of an organisation’s human resources, as well as the competencies of organisations, and to find appropriate ways to direct the abilities of employees to promote the growth of the intellectual capital of organisations and increase the added value created by the organisation. Different active learning methods are used, such as case studies, debates, collaborative learning, interactive tests and quizzes, as well as other teaching methods that directly involve the students.

The study programme is conducted remotely on weekday evenings from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM (Lithuanian time) via the MS Teams platform. However, the defense of the Master's thesis will take place on campus, meaning all students must be physically present in Lithuania on the day of their thesis defense.

Each semester, students take 5 to 6 different subjects, organized in modules. Typically, 1 to 2 subjects are studied simultaneously, with new subjects beginning after the completion of the previous ones. The Master's thesis is defended in three stages, during the first, second, and third semesters.
