Admission to our graduate programs is open to students with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree or its equivalent in any field of engineering or in related areas (physics, chemistry, computer science, mathematics, and materials science). Other English language Requirements: Yale?s most competitive applicants will have TOEFL scores of at least the following, 600 on the paper-based TOEFL, 250 on the computer-based TOEFL.
