To be accepted into the program, the student must fulfill the following conditions: -
1. Obtaining a master's degree in public law or private law or its equivalent, from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education - Higher Education Affairs in the United Arab Emirates, with a grade of no less than very good (3 points out of 4) or its equivalent. 2. In special cases and by a decision of the College Council, a student may be granted conditional admission to the doctoral program if his master’s degree is less than “very good” (3 points out of 4), and his acceptance does not become final until the student succeeds in the first three courses after joining the program, with a grade of no less than 80% (b). 3. Obtaining a TOEFL certificate with a minimum score of 500 or 5.0 points according to the IELTS certificate, provided that no more than two years have passed since the date of obtaining it on the date of applying for Program C, 4. Passing the Arabic language emsat test with a score of (1250). 5. Submit two (2) letters of recommendation from two professors who have taught him at the master's level
