  • Collaborated with faculty to evaluate Federally Qualified Health Centers in north Georgia to determine patient access and improve customer satisfaction
  • In conjunction with health administration and international business faculty, evaluated the feasibility of a Colombia-based healthcare services company to enter the U.S. market
