Who should apply for the EMBA program?
The EMBA is designed for candidates who have considerable work experience, including a significant amount in a managerial capacity (7+ years). They represent a globally diverse group spanning healthcare, technology, retail, IT, entertainment and more. Their backgrounds and experience may vary, but our candidates recognize the impact that digital transformation is having or will have on their respective jobs and industries.
The program’s four residencies are full-time and in-person, including weekends, and are 12 days in length, with the exception of the Silicon Valley residency which is 8 days. Between residencies, students will learn online in a predominantly asynchronous capacity and can expect approximately 20 hours of work per week.
On average, the program has 25 students per cohort. A small class size allows students to enhance their personal learning journey, allowing them to make deep connections to the subject matter and leverage the expertise of their close-knit student network.
Non-degree applicants will be considered if they have a minimum 12 years of managerial experience. You are encouraged to reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your candidacy.
Yes, in fact, almost 100% of students in the Executive MBA program maintain their full-time positions during the course of their studies. It is not a requirement to be employed, but the program is designed to work in tandem with your role, allowing you the opportunity to study without interrupting your career, and providing tools and learnings to apply in real-time.
