Undergraduate training in the field of primary education is carried out in full-time, part-time and evening forms based on the national qualification framework, professional standards, and the requirements and needs of personnel employers.
Training in all forms of education is organized on the basis of the credit-module system.

Qualification requirement 60110500 – requirements for all higher education institutions in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the implementation of the curriculum and mastery of science programs for the preparation of higher education bachelors in the field of primary education represents the set.
A higher education institution is considered to have the right to implement the curriculum and science programs based on qualification requirements when it has the authority to train personnel in this bachelor's field of education.
The main users of the qualification requirement are:
-Higher education institutions responsible for high-quality development, effective implementation and updating of curricula and science programs, taking into account the achievements of science, technology and social spheres in the field of primary education professor - teachers;
- all employees and students of the field of education who effectively carry out educational activities on mastering the curriculum and science programs;
- management staff of higher education institutions (rector, vice-rectors, heads of educational departments, deans and heads of departments) who respond to the level of preparation of graduates within their authority;
- State attestation and examination commissions that evaluate the level of preparation of graduates;
- bodies providing financing of higher education institutions;
- competent State bodies that control the accreditation and quality of the higher education system;
- entrants and other interested parties who have the right to choose one of the undergraduate educational courses of the educational field (content).
