Using the theoretical framework they have acquired, they can develop new ideas and processes, apply them and evaluate them taking into account different scientific assessment standards. In this way, they can develop strategic solutions even with incomplete information and learn how to balance them against each other in scenarios. This way, graduates are enabled to independently control processes in the strategy-oriented professional field of international management. Especially in these fields of activity, the requirement structure is characterized by frequent and unforeseeable changes.
The interactive character of the courses aims to develop the students' personal communication and cooperation skills in fields decisive for professional development. In a leadership position in management, students can involve those tasks in a goal-oriented manner, taking into account the respective group situation, deal with conflicts constructively and define expected social, economic and cultural effects and involve them in the decision-making process.
