MALD, MGA, MA/GMAP, MIB/GBA, and MATA candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Successful Fletcher candidates come from a wide range of undergraduate majors, including international relations and other social sciences, the humanities, business and physical sciences and engineering.
