Quantity Surveyors are an essential link between the designer and contractor on construction projects, providing key advice on costs and contracts. Quantity Surveyors require a wide range of skills and knowledge covering the financial, legal, managerial, economic and communicative aspects of a project from inception to completion. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). These accreditations provide graduates access to RICS and CIOB membership via the graduate routes. All second year full-time students have the opportunity to spend one week in Europe as part of their studies.
