MS Marketing programme is designed to address the contemporary marketing issues by equipping students with relevant research skills and knowledge which allows them not only to engage analytically with contemporary global marketing models and continuously evolving challenges but also critically propose models and solutions which extend optimal efficiency to the local industry. Hence, the key focus of the proposed MS Marketing degree is to produce quality graduates who are ready for deployment in the industry and academia.

Graduates with an MS Marketing degree will have the potential to reinvigorate the spirit of innovation in the Pakistan marketplace through research-based solutions for the industry. They will do so through their appointments as consultants, marketing industry professionals, customer relationship building specialists, and market research analysts.  Additionally, as thought leaders of the future, they will contribute to the existing academic landscape by writing and disseminating research articles and case studies based on local industry problems. The MS Marketing program provides students with the opportunity to develop a critical appreciation of the service sector to hone their skills in marketing services. Thus, students broaden their horizons and enhance their employability in the service job market.

Admission Requirements

a.        Sixteen years of schooling or 4 years education after HSSC/A’ Level with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 OR 60% marks. Percentage will only be considered if CGPA is not mentioned on the transcript.

b.       Masters / bachelors in any field of Business or Management/ any Engg Degree / Information Technology / Public Administration / Commerce / Economics / Mass Communication from an HEC recognized institution or with equivalence granted by HEC.

c.        GAT (General) conducted by NTS with at least 50 accumulative test score, or Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT) conducted by HEC with at least 50 accumulative test score or GMAT conducted by GMAC, USA with minimum 50 percentile score.
