Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering program is practice-oriented aimed to develop well-qualified Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineers who could work in industries and other related environments. Students perform mechanical design, analysis, process optimization and automatic control. Students can also guide others who perform these functions, in manufacturing process and related industries, consultancies, government departments, universities and private practice. The curriculum contains significant practical components, industrial visits and training opportunities aimed at integrating theory with practical application. The curriculum is aimed to develop expertise in core areas such as applied mechanics, thermodynamics and mathematical modelling. Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering Bachelor degree graduates are specialized in different fields of Engineering practices related to the program such as Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial and Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer and Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering Researcher. On the other hand, Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering Diploma degree graduates work as Technicians in the aforementioned fields.
