We train professionals who have a high capacity for expression and understanding of the English language, and sufficient knowledge of French as a second language, promoting the acquisition of linguistic, literary and cultural knowledge of English-speaking countries and new technologies related to these studies

Know the scientific description of the English language.
Handle interlinguistic and intercultural communication techniques in English and Spanish
Understand the intralinguistic variation of English and its consequences in the interpretation of texts (diachronic linguistics, sociolinguistics and dialectology).
Use the basic techniques and methods of textual processing and production in the English language: textual criticism, text editing, revision, rewriting, and, in general, linguistic advice
Analyze literary traditions in the English language and their relationship with Spanish traditions
Know the history and culture linked to English-speaking countries and their relationship with Spanish and French history and culture
