The graduate will be able to analyze a situation or experience and issue recommendations, developing analytical and research skills by completing a thesis on a specific topic of regulation or management of public service infrastructures.

To apply for the master's degree, applicants must meet the following requirements: Have a bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of work experience after obtaining the university bachelor's degree or Have a minimum of 5 years of work experience after graduating from the university, computed from the date indicated on the graduation certificate, which must have a minimum validity of 3 months.
