By including the legal perspectives already in the planning phase, many resources can be saved, as the business lawyer has the ability to anticipate the consequences of the company's decisions. The business lawyer is thus a specialized lawyer with special competencies within the business community - nationally as well as internationally. The education is composed so that you gain a thorough introduction to societal conditions, legal principles and legislation, economic conditions and the company's management tools, in order to qualify you to make sensible and sustainable decisions from both an economic and a legal point of view at management level.
