This programme is demanding and uniquely tailored. With a focus on the physical and lower layers, the aim is to give our students an in-depth system knowledge, which requires insights into the various components in a wireless system. All of our students undertake a research project for their Master's thesis. The project can be academic in nature, or developed within the industry. These projects can lead to patent registrations and successful entrepreneurial initiatives. Examples of companies where students have performed their thesis are Bitcraze, Bombardier, Ericsson, Huawei Technologies, Lite-on Mobile, and Procera Networks (all located in Sweden) and FTW (Austria).
