The Specialization in Criminal Law is an intensive and personalized education program, designed for the construction of professional tools in the various variants that the professional role of the lawyer in this branch of law can assume. It is also about updating and deepening knowledge in Criminal Law. The training focuses on the use of the case method, the development of practical activities and a litigation workshop. The general aspiration of the postgraduate program is synthesized in the claim to contribute to the training of people who contribute rationality and professionalism to the penal system.

The Specialization in Criminal Law is oriented towards lawyers and conceived with the purpose of providing its participants with a solid complementary training related to that received at the University during undergraduate training, and especially aimed at updating and deepening the knowledge of greater demand in professional practice, whether in the free exercise of the profession, as State officials, the Judiciary, the executive and legislative function and, finally, teaching.
