The Master's Degree in Administrative Law at the Universidad del Rosario is the oldest of its kind in the country and for the development of its teaching and research activity it has the support of the professors who make up the Public Law Research Group, which is It is recognized and has remained in the A1 category of the Colciencias ranking, which is the highest level of qualification for a research group within the national science and technology system.
This research program has as its main strength the pedagogical model, which allows students to learn the disciplinary concepts and methodological skills they require to develop skills in legal and socio-legal research in the field of administrative law, from a perspective which emphasizes the comparison with other references, thanks to the internationalization of the curriculum. From this configuration, its graduates have achieved an important academic and professional position, recognized for their publications, their teaching performance and their contribution to the doctrinal enrichment of the discipline.
The program has a curricular structure of four semesters, in which, along with the deepening of the knowledge of the area, the investigative work with which the study plan must conclude is developed, so that the phases planned for the formulation and execution of the projects, with the permanent mentoring of teachers trained for this work, guarantee the presentation and support of the degree works, and that during the learning process, the best advance articles see their merit recognized in indexed publications.
