This master's program fills a gap in post-graduate education programs in the respective areas. It promotes solid scientific and pedagogical education in the scope of Academic and Clinical Education through the cooperation of eight higher education institutions from multidisciplinary fields. The course is intended for undergraduate students or holders of a master's degree in Health and Life Sciences. One of its objectives is to create spaces for reflection that encourage the debate on educational issues in the teaching profession, promote the sharing of experiences and good practices, and contribute to the student’s acquisition and development of pedagogical skills. The master's degree in Academic and Clinical Education will also contribute to a higher qualification in human resources by transferring knowledge to the national and international community.

Admission Requirements
To apply to U.Porto's 2nd cycle courses (Master’s degree courses), you must meet the following conditions: hold a Bachelor's degree or a legal equivalent in the fields specified by the school/faculty; hold a foreign higher education academic degree which is in compliance with the Bologna process or recognised by U.Porto as meeting the objectives of the Bachelor's degree; AND have an academic or professional career recognised by the University, which proves the applicant’s capability to enter the study cycle.
