The Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (EEC) offered by FEUP equips you with a solid education in Mathematics (Algebra, Mathematical Analysis, Numerical Methods, Probability and Statistics), Physics (Mechanics and Waves, Thermodynamics and Structure of Matter, Electromagnetism), Electrical and Computer Engineering: Circuit Analysis, Signals and Systems (continuous and discrete), Control Theory, Digital Systems and Computer Architecture, Programming, Instrumentation and Mediation, and Electrical Energy Systems. At the end of the course, you will be able to analyse somewhat complex electric and electronic systems, to quantitively explain their functioning principles and to evaluate their respective performance. Throughout the programme, you will also be able to develop your communication, teamwork and leadership skills, and become aware of ethical and environmental issues.
