      The "Doctor of Laws for Senior Judges in China" program started in September 2010, and the enrollment targets are serving senior judges in the Mainland. Students need to study in Hong Kong for one year, and then start writing a thesis. Under normal circumstances, students should submit their thesis within three years.
        The course setting of "Doctor of Laws for Senior Judges in China" is set against the background of globalization, aimed at improving students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and using comparative analysis methods as a means to help students understand the laws of different jurisdictions and countries and regions. Broaden the international horizons of the students, improve the knowledge level of the students and improve their knowledge structure. During their studies at the school, the Judicial Education and Research and Hong Kong Legal Ascertainment Center also organized trainees to visit South Korea, Europe and the United States to understand the local legal and judicial systems, especially the operation of the courts.
