Goal: To prepare masters of scientific-pedagogical/managerial pro-file in the field of tourism, capable of solving the scientific, pedagogical, managerial, applied problems of the tourism sphere: – perform interfunctional interaction and interaction with subjects of the external environment, planning of resource requirements, managing of human resources, maintaining a corporate culture in tourism enterprise, analyzing the tourism market, managing the sales of tourism products and services; – to provide the teaching of tourism disciplines at the university based on newest scientific concepts through evaluation of content, development prospects and influence on for-mation of modern tourism market; – to work in the tourism enterprises and specialized higher education organizations with use of modern information technology, databases, computer programs; – to integrate the knowledge of related scientific areas for their own scientific research with processing and designing the results, preparation of scientific publications, reports, presentations.
