This Master's degree trains students in management, with an operational perspective on business issues.  It aims to professionalize students, particularly through work-study programs or the completion of a minimum 4-month internship in a company or other private or public organizations, in France or abroad.
This degree also leads  to careers in research and management science consulting, through the preparation of a doctorate in Management Science.
Separate courses are offered to students:
  • COURSE - Master's in Corporate Communication Management (COM)  : this management course aims to train students from generalist fields who wish to acquire a professional specialization in the field of corporate communication management. The added value of this course is its focus on organizational and managerial issues, which allows communication to be considered in its strategic and global aspects (logic of change and support for organizational dynamics). 
  • COURSE - Management Research and Consulting (RCM)  : this course of the Management specialization effectively prepares research students for a doctorate in Management (PhD) within the Management Research Group (GRM), the management science laboratory of the Côte d'Azur University. This laboratory brings together teacher-researchers (university professors and lecturers) in several specialties: accounting, control, finance, marketing, international management, public management, human resources. This course also allows for the training and/or development of senior managers of public or private organizations in research and management consulting by providing them with the methodological frameworks necessary for conducting studies, consulting and research.
  • COURSE - Master's in Talent Management: this course trains students for careers as talent management specialists in the human resources department, in public and private organizations, by providing them with a strategic and innovative vision of HR issues in light of contemporary societal and technological developments.*
