This programme is developed in partnership with the pharmaceutical industry and offers four pathways of the MSc in Pharmaceutical Industrial Advanced Training (PIAT) are postgraduate-level training programmes designed for scientists and managers working in the pharmaceutical industry and NHS in the fields of product development, manufacturing and quality assurance. The pathways are: Clinical Trials; Pharmaceutical Microbiology; Pharmaceutical Business Development and Licensing; Industrial Pharmacy. Graduates may advance their careers in a range of roles and areas such as management positions, roles with more responsibility, becoming team leaders, heads of projects or responsible for new and larger areas, regions or territories. This course is associated to the Pharmaceutical Microbiology Interest Group (PharMIG) and Pharmaceutical Licensing Group (PLG).
