  • Effective registration with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Professional Register).
  • A minimum of two year’s post-registration clinical experience, normally within a community healthcare practice setting. Applicants must also possess 120 credits at level four and level five.
  • Must have as successfully completed a recognised Mentorship module at minimum of level 6.
  • Applicants should also be able to demonstrate evidence of undertaking relevant practice development and/or additional post registration study at level 6.
  • Should normally have evidence of successful academic level 6 study within the last five years.
  • Applicants will be expected to attend an interview.
