Our Nursing Practice (Mental Health) degree is perfect for those seeking a varied and rewarding career working with and supporting people experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma and dementia. As a qualified mental health nurse, you’ll be equipped to work with people of all ages and throughout their lives. Once you qualify, work can range from inpatient settings, to supporting people in their own homes, NHS hospitals, charities, prison healthcare units and other non-statutory services. We have excellent connections with the South Staffordshire and Shropshire NHS Foundation Trust who provide many placements for our students.
