On this Sport and Exercise Science aims to equip students for career in the industry. In the first year of this degree, students will cover the fundamental principles of sport and exercise science including physiology, research, coaching and biomechanics, providing students with a broad foundation of understanding to further develop and build upon in years 2 and 3. In year 2 students will have the option to complete this degree in one of two ways, students can either remain on the broad-based sport and exercise science course, or students can choose the optional pathway which will allow students to focus on the specialist area of strength and conditioning.
