Conductors are responsible for directing musical performances. They usually stand in front of performers and help guide the tempo and interpret scores using hand gestures. They also provide guidance to musicians during rehearsals. In essence, Conductors help bring performances to life.

The B.Mus. Minor in Conducting is split into two streams—orchestral conducting and choral conducting—which offer you an opportunity to develop technical skills in orchestral or choral conducting and rehearsal techniques.

Students are admitted by audition and upon successful completion of the conducting entrance exam for the Minor. Enrolment is limited and is not open to U0 students.
