This interdisciplinary degree allows students to combine study of philosophy with any or all of 3 arts disciplines. Students will take a core module entitled topics in philosophy and the arts, and then the further structure of the degree will depend on whether the dissertation or non-dissertation route is taken. Dissertation route: Students will take a total of 4 modules (allowing a choice from 2 departments in addition to philosophy). The project can be supervised by faculty members from any of the contributing departments. Non dissertation route: students will take 6 modules in total (allowing a choice of modules from all 4 contributing departments).
