The objective of this Masters in Criminal Law is to equip the graduates with an ethical and humanistic approach that respond to the modalities of the penal system in the current legal institutions, through the application of legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence in criminal matters, Human Rights and auxiliary sciences oriented to crime prevention, for the protection of legal assets, justice delivery and equity in the procurement of social coexistence.

  • Applies legal norms in criminal matters according to their meaning and scope.
  • Represents the legal institutions of the region, whether public and/or private, making clear the full recognition of the Penal System and Human Rights.
