Develop strategic and operational approaches for the administration and optimization of logistics networks. Exercise transformative leadership through work in multidisciplinary teams for the evaluation of logistics projects taking into consideration their financial viability and organizational or social impact. Design a comprehensive logistics system from the supply chain to the delivery of the final product to the customer. Make decisions to improve or innovate in the organization’s logistics and / or customs processes for both its national and international operations. Determine the modalities of national or international traffic according to the type of merchandise, route to be followed and customer requirements.
