The GEMRH standard course is based on the M 1 Labor Relations Law of the Social Law mention.  The M2 GEMRH is attached to both the Social Law mention and the Business Law mention offering a specialization for each of these audiences. The GEMRH course aims to provide students at the M1 level with a start of specialization in the field of social law in the broad sense (individual and collective labor law, social security law and European and international social law, business criminal law, special company law), while allowing them to solidify their training in general private law (special contract law, private international law, etc.). It thus provides a solid legal training that integrates a national, international and European dimension in the field of labor law. At the M2 level, it aims first of all to provide future lawyers and lawyers in addition to their specialization in social law, theoretical and practical knowledge in management and management in order to better understand their future functions in the business environment. and in connection with the company and the economic world and its developments.
The GEMRH course, taking into account a number of legislative and regulatory changes affecting in particular social dialogue, compliance, GDPR, etc. reinforces the legal lessons corresponding to these areas covered by a corporate lawyer in connection with some targeted management lessons. In addition, the context of digital transformation is also integrated into a large part of the lessons. The purpose of the course, which would be integrated into the two specializations in Labor Law and Business Law, would target the fields of restructuring and change management (from an organizational, HR and legal point of view).
