The Jacques Hadamard Master's track is a research path for students intending to do a thesis (in an academic or industrial environment). It offers a very broad spectrum of high-level courses in all areas of mathematics and allows students to discover the research activity in mathematics from the inside by confronting open and current issues.
It is intended for double-diploma students: second-year students of the Magistère de Mathématiques d'Orsay, students on the research course at the Ecole Centrale.

  • Curriculum vitae.
  • All transcripts of the years / semesters validated since the high school diploma at the date of application.
  • Motivation letter.
    (The letter of motivation must specify the doctoral project of the candidate as well as the list of courses considered among the M2 courses of the Mathematics and Applications master.)
Additional supporting documents
  • Letter of recommendation or internship evaluation.
  • Choice sheet of M2 (mandatory for candidates registered in M1 at the University Paris-Saclay) to download on https://www.universite-paris-saclay.fr/en/admission/apply-master-programmes .
  • VAP file (obligatory for all persons requesting a valuation of the assets to enter the diploma).
