The Department of Advanced Materials Engineering aims to promote the cultivation of technicians of materials who can creatively research and develop advanced materials that can meet the demands of advanced science by learning theories on structure, property, and analysis based on basic theories of metals, inorganic matters, and high molecules, and conducting experiments based on them. The objectives of the department is to raise technicians of materials with creativity and practical ability through proper theoretical education and experiments; help students develop amicable personalities required in the society along with the professional knowledge expected from advanced technicians; increase students’ knowledge and understanding of field education through academic and industrial cooperation; and cultivate abilities to develop advanced materials through extensive and professional education on advanced materials.
