You will work with image analysis, cultural history, religion, aesthetic theory, history of ideas, gender theory, neuroaesthetics, media and technology philosophy perspectives. In addition, we reflect on how art is staged and communicated in museums and other cultural institutions.
Everyday life at Art History The teaching on the Bachelor's degree in Art History alternates between lectures, group work, practice sessions and excursions to exhibitions and museums. The subject aims to sharpen your analytical skills based on a comprehensive knowledge of art and visual culture. At the Bachelor's level, theoretical insight is deepened through practical exercises and projects, often carried out in art museums, in urban spaces or at private companies.
