In the Bachelor's degree program in Media Studies, you learn to analyze and research media, media texts, media systems, target groups and their reactions to media. You learn about the strategic, legal, economic, communicative and production conditions in the media industry, as well as media use and digital media culture, and you work theoretically with both completely new and more well-established media and forms of communication.

  • History B or History of Ideas B or Contemporary History B or Social Studies B or Media Studies B
  • Another language (beginner language A or advanced language B) or Communication/IT A

If you are missing one or more subject levels, you have the opportunity to supplement.

If you do not meet the grade requirement in quota 1, you must apply for admission to quota 2 no later than March 15 at 12 noon. Otherwise, you will not be able to be admitted.
