On the English-taught degree programme in Economics and Business Administration in Herning, you will learn about business management and business operation, and you will gain broad insight into marketing, economics and management. Already in your first semester, you will be able to collaborate directly with businesses through projects, and this career-oriented element is unique to the Economics and Business and Administration degree programme in Herning. Day-to-day life at Economics and Business Administration in Herning

The Economics and Business Administration degree programme comprises three academic areas: A business administration area including subjects such as sales, financial management, accounting, organisation and financing. An area including such subjects as statistics, business law and project management. An area focusing on socioeconomics. The degree programme will provide you with insight into the various financial issues faced by businesses today. You will learn, in theory and in practice, how to prepare strategies for how businesses can address such issues.

 


Career opportunities

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, you will be able to fill almost any type of administrative position in private and public-sector businesses. When you have completed the programme, you will have obtained comprehensive and important professional skills enabling you to perform work within areas such as sales and marketing, financial management, HR management and organisational development, as well as management strategy, share trading and development projects. Furthermore, you will be qualified for admission to a number of Master’s degree programmes for instance the Msc in Economics and Business Administration.
